Sassy Seats works with a third-party professional shipper assuring that all items are packed securely using generous amounts of packaging, padding and bubble wrap. Currently we ship to all 48 continental states only. We will ship within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. We recommend that you contact us to inquire about shipping and packing costs prior to purchasing an item.

Return and Refund Policy
If your purchase arrives damaged, contact Sassy Seats within 2 business days of delivery regarding a refund. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item including the original packaging as delivered. If an item is lost then a claim will need to be filed with the carrier.
We understand sometimes people buy on impulse but unfortunately any items that are purchased in error (wrong color, pattern, size); we regret that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges, so please read the description carefully.
Once you have unpacked your Sassy Seat and are not happy with it we truly are sorry but we can only accept a return if the item is damaged or if it is not as described. Please contact us and we will try to resolve any issue you may have. We are glad to work with you and help you to the best of our ability.
In the unlikely event that a personalized item you collaborated on does not suit you, we regret that we cannot offer any reimbursement. However, because we love creating sassy furniture and want you to have a pleasant experience we promise to work with you to resolve any issues to our mutual satisfaction.
Who covers the shipping cost on returns depends on why it’s being returned. If an item is lost or damaged in shipment, a claim must be filed with the carrier directly. Any item sent back must use tracked shipping to maintain proof of shipping and to help avoid any delays or issues in the refund process. For your protection and peace of mind, we highly recommend insuring a returned item.
We currently only accept payment in US dollars through PayPal. Once your payment has cleared we will ship your order within 3-5 business days.
Also, any refunds are likewise made through your PayPal account and normally take 3-5 days for a refund to go through.
